It needs Socket SP6 and a board that supports Siena (Zen 4c). Socket is absolute — a processor for another socket will not fit whatever else matches — and the board also needs a BIOS level that recognises this stepping. Send us the server or board model and we will confirm both before you order.

What cooling does the 8534P 64-Core need?

It is a 200W part, so the chassis has to be rated for that at the ambient temperature you run.
