Do you have minimum order requirements?
No. We quote for any quantity, from a single AI workstation to a 512-GPU cluster, and we don't impose minimum order values.
Can you source hardware that's currently allocated or back-ordered?
Often, yes, through allocation with our authorized distribution partners. We will give you a real lead time rather than promise stock we cannot confirm, and we do not source outside authorized channels.
Do you offer financing or leasing options?
Yes. We work with hardware financing partners to offer true leases, operating leases, and installment financing for qualified enterprises. Typical terms range from 24–60 months.
What countries do you ship to?
Yes. International orders carry additional lead time and customs and import requirements, which we confirm before quoting rather than after. Contact us with the destination and we will tell you what is involved.
Are you an authorized reseller for NVIDIA, Dell, HPE, etc.?
No. We are an independent supplier, not an OEM-appointed reseller. We source through authorized distribution, so every item ships new with the full manufacturer warranty and documented provenance.
