Information We Collect

When you submit a quote request, contact form, or newsletter sign-up, we collect the information you choose to provide — such as your name, company, business email, phone number, country, and details about your infrastructure requirements.

We also collect limited technical information automatically, such as your browser type, device, and pages visited, through standard web analytics and through the third-party tools described under Cookies & Third-Party Tracking below.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information you provide to respond to your enquiry, prepare hardware quotes, communicate about your procurement requirements, and improve our services.

If you opt in to our updates, we may send occasional emails about infrastructure trends and offerings. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any such email.

How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share the details necessary to fulfil your request with the suppliers and logistics partners involved in sourcing your hardware, and with service providers who help us operate our website and communications (for example, email delivery).

We may disclose information where required by law or to protect our legal rights.

Cookies & Third-Party Tracking

This site loads three third-party scripts on every page. They run for every visitor, whether or not you contact us. We do not currently operate a cookie banner, so there is no control on the site itself to switch them off; the options actually available to you are set out below.

Google Tag Manager (container GTM-PHG3MT9H) is a tag container. It does not measure anything on its own — it loads and manages the other Google tags we use and passes basic page and event information to Google.

Google Ads conversion tracking (gtag, AW-18216269801) records which visits and enquiries followed a click on one of our Google ads. We run paid search advertising, and this is how we measure whether it works. It uses cookies and sends the associated data to Google.

Apollo.io website visitor tracking identifies visitors. At company level it matches the network address you browse from to an organisation, so we can see that someone at a given company viewed particular pages. It also attempts person-level identification, matching a visit against Apollo’s own contact database. Where that match succeeds we may learn a name, job title and business contact details from the visit alone, without you having submitted anything to us. We use this to follow up on business interest in our hardware.

All three are ordinary third-party scripts. Blocking third-party scripts or trackers in your browser, using a browser or extension that blocks them by default, browsing in a private window, or clearing cookies will stop or limit all of them. Nothing on this site depends on them: the catalogue, the pages and the quote forms work normally when they are blocked. For Google’s advertising specifically, you can also change what Google associates with you in Google’s own ad settings.

What these tools collect is held by Google and by Apollo under their own policies and retention periods, not ours; we see it through the reporting interfaces they provide. We receive no payment for any of it. Some US state privacy laws define a “sale” or “share” of personal information broadly enough to cover advertising and visitor-identification arrangements like these even where no money changes hands, so read our statement above that we do not sell your personal information alongside this section.

Data Retention & Security

We retain enquiry information for as long as needed to serve your request and meet our legal and operational obligations, then delete or anonymise it.

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to object to certain processing.
